Reviews and Ratings
The hotel boasts an impressive water park that my kids absolutely loved, with various pools catering to different preferences. While the rooms were comfortable and had some fun features, the dining experience could be improved due to crowding and limited seating. The hotel has a luxurious feel, but some aspects felt less five-star than expected, especially regarding capacity and check-in timing.
I had high hopes for this hotel given its reputation as the most expensive in the area, but it fell short of expectations. The room was not what I would consider five-star, and the service left much to be desired. On a positive note, the hotel offers some nice amenities, but the overall experience was frustrating due to poor time management and crowded facilities.
I recently stayed at the most expensive hotel in Hualien, and it really didn't measure up to expectations. The room was clean but quite small and felt more like a budget space than a luxury one. The check-in process and time management were frustrating, especially with restricted hours for the hot spring. While the dining experience was decent, it felt rushed due to the limited dinner hours. Overall, I was disappointed and felt it wasn't worth the high price.
The hotel offers a grand ambiance with beautiful decor and an impressive water park that made our stay enjoyable. However, the service fell short due to overcrowded dining areas and long wait times. It’s certainly not the best value for the price we paid.
